* Master of Rehabilitation Counseling (M.R.C.): Degree awarded in 1990 from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH 

* Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (C.R.C.): National credential awarded by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification initially in 1991 and then renewed via acquisition of 100 credits of continuing education every 5 years 

* Licensed Professional Counselor (L.P.C.): Certification awarded by the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing initially in 1993 and renewed via completion of 30 credits of continuing education every 2 years 

* Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development 

* Member of Wisconsin Association of Rehabilitation Professionals in the Private Sector (WARPPS). 1990-2010.
